workout evening

Cooking!

Cooking and entertaining people that I care are a great stress buster regardless of weekday or weekend...and I don't care to organize dining table at its best.

Menu - Goat biryani (Rice cooked with lean and tender goat meat), chicken curry, green chicken, and mutton soup (by my friend), Idli (steamed bean cake), lentil soup with vegetables, flax seed powder, tomato chutney, and Indian pickles (by my mom). ***Indian Pickles are high in Sodium***

FYI – Portion Control and 3 mile run is highly recommended :)*
