When I emailed my article to Nestle corporation for 'product dissatisfaction' I received the below content from Nestle Consumer Services.
"Thank you for your e-mail. A member of the Consumer Services team will be in contact with you. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm AEST excluding public holidays.
If you have a medical emergency believed to be related to one of our products outside our working hours please call our after hours monitoring company on 1800 252 536.
