"Super food:
1.Gram for gram, watercress contains more vitamin C than oranges do,
more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach and more folate than
bananas."
2. Eating watercress daily can significantly reduce DNA
damage to blood cells, which is considered to be an important trigger in
the development of cancer, University of Ulster scientists revealed on
(15 February 2013).

published in this month's American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found
